This wine just keeps getting better, or maybe just this bottle. Very little sign of the eight years; still deep colour. Dark red fruit with mineral notes and wood complexity. Tannins very subdued but still some left to add structure. Beautiful.

About a year since my previous bottle. Colour is starting to show some age. Raspberry and strawberry with forest floor notes and mineral touch. Tannins are completely resolved and the wine drinks beautifully now. Drink up!

Traditional Chianti aroma and flavors. Good balance. Didn't hate it. Under $10. Good pizza and pasta wine that is perfect for those on a budget and for enjoying with non-wine geeks.
