Banyuls, Maury and Calvados (Roma - Hilton Cavalieri) : This calvados was distilled in 1942 and bottled in....1984 Nice amber yellow. CONDENSED MILK at nose at first, then, mild spices (curcuma), apples, and enamel (Crystal ball!!), canfora. Persistent at taste, a bit bitter but like an "amaro" (herbs). Fantastic with the chocolate. Batch distillation.
