Dekantiert für 3 Stunden. Strahlendes gelb.

Riesling Tasting (ByTerkel@MichaelsPlace) : Intense and sweet but still fresh acidity and lots of flavor depth. Good stuff!

Very profound and complex nose. Ripe citrus, some petrol, honey, slightly burnt sugar, earthiness, deep slatey minerality. Medium-plus body.Intense and full mouthfeel with almost dried citrus, fine creaminess, caramel, impressive mineral layers, some herbal notes and more than just well detectable residual sugar, Very much density in the midpalate, long developing finish, rounded, polished details. Ripe, slightly too tender acidity, enough for a balance, but with some extra tightness this wine could be much more focused. Anyway nobody can take …

Un-fricking-believable wine. Wine that defies temporal explanation. Sorry, but just Extraordinary in every sense.
