Intermingle Red Wine

This wine starts being dominated by oak, but we are going to overlook that. Behind the oak, on both the nose and palate is some pretty rich dark red cherry and wet tobacco leaves. We decanted, and let it sit for an hour, but still got big oak. The viscosity and mouth feel is not quite as big as the oak.
