Dinner with family! I must say that this wine really came to its right with a creamy shellfish pasta. The acidity goes from sharp and tacky to balance the fat and the wine shines. Rating stands, however all worry about the sharp acidity vanished.

Happy Friday! At my place, we’re welcoming the weekend with Bourgogne. Here you’ve got a nose of peach, melon and honey aside from the buttery however very crisp oak contact. On the palate you’re hit with a med-full bodied cream, nice minerality and some tropical notes emerging towards the tail. A very acidic wine which will benefit from a couple of years in the cellar!

Tasty & creamy Bourgogne that packs a punch for the price. Aroma-wise we’re talking cream, caramel and stone with a touch of apricot and honeydew melon on the nose. The real citrus acidity comes on the tongue - quite feisty and would need at least a couple more years to integrate. The tail offers a bonanza of honey glazed apples

Elegant with pleasant balance with red apple, tropical fruit range. Deep golden with medium + aromas/flavors of white flowers, hay, red apples, apricots, pineapple, brioche, butterscotch, slightly nutty. Developing. On the palate the wine is dry with medium + acidity, high alcohol and medium + body. The intensity is medium + and the finish is long. The quality is very good and can drink now potential for aging. I really like this chard!

Mörkt gyllene, drar mot koppar. Något överraskande med tanke på den ringa åldern. Rätt feta gardiner (13,5 procent). Medelstor doft med grapeskal och röda äpplen. Smörig, rostad ton, typ popcorn på rostat bröd. Vag kritighet. Medelfylligt till fylligt med distinkt efterföljande syra. Citronkarameller, citrusskal, popcorn. Lång eftersmak med citrus, både syra och beska. Mycket gott.

Beaucoup plus posé que la dernière fois lorsqu’il venait d’arriver. Ouvert une heure à l’avance mais pas besoin de carafe, il évolue bien dans le verre. Une belle fiinesse.

Ouvert dès son arrivée pour faire un test. Une attaque légèrement boisée mais les notes d’élevage s’atténuent avec l’aération dans le verre et réapparaissent vers la fin de la bouteille quand le vin se réchauffe - c’est attendu pour un vin si jeune. La texture démontre une belle finesse et la finale se resserre, devenant plus tendue. Le vin n’est pas tout-à-fait en place mais a voyagé ces derniers jours: à laisser reposer quelques mois avant de revisiter. La note …
