Pale yellow green color. Medium(+) youthful aromas of lemon, lime, kumquat, green apple, banana. Medium dry, medium acidity, medium body, aggressive bubble, medium(+) finish. Quite sweet and completely lacking acidity with some sugar candy like aromas. Drink now.

Well, as a "champagne", at best, it's between 75 to 80. Sweeter than extra dry, it's also pretty one dimensional. But, I used it in a monitor and it was great. Cut down on the amount of sweetener necessary for the drink. Probably makes a pretty good mimosa too.

We bought this to make Mimosas Sunday morning, and I was not going to even taste it without the orange juice. When I filled the glass halfway, I noticed, and remarked this this most clear in color of any wine I had ever seen, it looked like vodka. So, I took a sip. Very tight little bubbles. Not really much taste. Just enough apple, pear, and yeast to know it sparkling. Very clean and refreshing. Worked well with the orange …

sweet peachy preserve flavors, a bit one dimensional and extremely oaky for my pallete...but good if you can overlook that. I have give an 80 though because i can't stand that creamy oak flavor.
