I found this wine romantic, perky, festive & just plain appealing. Traditional nose of beetroot blended with cherry. There’s some crushed rock, red floral & mineral elements, too. It really evolved over the afternoon. On the palate, crisp red fruit, sweet spice & sweet herbs abound with a pleasant spiciness and minerality on the back palate and on the medium to long finish. Juicy & tasty - well made. Drink over the next 4 years.
