Correct colour, bright medium yellow with a golden sheen; beautiful bouquet, wonderful fruit (peach, citrus, green apple), wax, salted butter, lovely minerality and crisp acidity; medium-dry (is getting drier but not dried out), juicy and perfectly vital, light, steely finesse provides a fantastic sense of place, this only exists on the Saar; very good length, amazing quality, very lovely.
