Very nice, typical volcanic wine. Medium+ intensity on the nose with sulphur, firecrackers, matchstick, salinity, deep lemon, minerality. Medium+ acidity, long finish Under DIAM 30, so there seems confidence in its age ability

Super Burgundian fresh and well structured carricante. Only 12.5% alcohol. Beautiful nose, lots of minerality and yellow fruits. On the palate a little less Burgundian but lots of filling and great length. Overall a very well balanced and complex wine. A really nice surprise from Sicily. Curious how it will age.

(100% Carricante aus östlichen Lagen auf 700 bis 900m über Meer. Im Stahltank und Tonneau ausgebaut. 12.5% Alkohol) Mittleres Gelb. Intensive, duftige Nase, Haselnuss, florale Töne, viel Mineralik, sehr komplex. Im Gaumen sehr frisch, dicht und doch federleicht, sehr gute Säurestruktur, grossartige Balance. Im Abgang zitrisch, frisch, saftig und lang. Ein top Etna Bianco mit guten Reserven.
