I like this wine overall, but it really has to open up. Almost tastes like a Zin with the pepper flavors. Long finish and aromatic.

A powerful nose without being heavy and overwhelming. A fresh notes of dark red berries and a little smokey spices. That tannins are present but by no means overpowering. A great food friendly wine - actually quite a nice wine for a christmas-dinner if you look for a slightly lighter and more elegant wine compared to the classic Chateauneuf du Papes and Amarones.
