(Do Pigadi, Rethymno, Crete) The Syrah does take center stage here. It is a nice rendition with dark fruit and chewy aromatic. Maybe some modulation from the native grape. A bit of acid that wouldn't be there in this ripe a Syrah, some vine cutting notes. Solid and enjoyable, a bit International in spirit and delivery.
