Aged so beautifully. I was stunned at the smoothness of the wine after it was cellared for a decade.

Very dark, inky purple to black color. Big and ripe with lots of crushed berries, spice, chocolate, fresh ground coffee, and licorice on the nose. Soft and not much in the way of tannins. Equally massive on the palate. The lack of acidity makes this more of a cocktail wine than something to pair with dinner, but it is a very enjoyable and tasty cocktail wine.

disapointed. had high hopes. sat it for a year. breathed. it was too heavy. lovely spice. but was a lead weight to our meal. of all the petite syrahs this year. this went to the bottom

Deep dark red with full bodied nose. Full mouth on the palate. Everyone liked this wine for the price.
