Sumenjak Sauvignon Blanc

Another sommelier recommended wine, this is the most interesting Sauvignon I've had and in a good way. There's obvious skin contact here, based on the orange hue. It's very fresh, and there was a slightly nutty flavour on the palate. Could I have picked it out as Sauvignon Blanc, tasting blind? Not a chance. But we had it as a nightcap wine after our meal and it drank well.
