Onion rings, fried b-sprouts & cauliflower, salmon burger. Good pairing!

A nice showing of Grenache from DV. A little light in both the nose and in the flavor profile but delightful none the less. The mix of red and black fruits are present but need to be coaxed out a little. A simple wine that is perfect with pre-dinner app's or to enjoy without food on the patio.

The Syrah seems to dominate to my palate.
