South African wine tour - Day six (Hemel en Aarde Valley) : And, after a brief interlude, it's back to the green side we go; gooseberry, green capsicum, a little passion fruit, slightly stony minerality. On the palate it's dry but with a smidge of residual sugar and some mouth coating burr. Hmm.
