Part of the wine is fermented in old Burgundy casks. Apple blossom and honey on the nose, Lean with lemon sherbert on the palate, acidity a little pinched but has a great finish: nutty, yeasty and creamy. Long. Good stuff, I think it'll improve with some time in bottle, but it's pretty nice now.
