Gentle Folk Chardonnay Village

That is one complex nose – I’m getting nutty and earthy aromas, genmaicha tea, lemon zest, white flowers, a bit of yellow plum, honey, and vanilla ice cream. There’s even a bit of passionfruit with a very slight rancidness that really is the perfect Marilyn Monroe mole here. The palate is more straightforward, with lemony acidity over a solid mineral backbone.
