Fattoria Poggio Alloro Vernaccia di San Gimignano

Clear golden colour. Thin film of oils on the top when first poured. Some grassy notes on the nose that quickly fade if you let the wine breathe. Soft green apple notes on the palate and a light finish. Pleasant overall.

A great summer table wine, good acid and pleasant to drink outside on a hot day. A bit of tart apple on the finish, and plenty of acid to make your mouth water while drinking it.

Green apple and summer flowers on the nose. High acid that makes your mouth water. Crisp and young and very pleasant on a hot day in the shade.
