Domaine Moutard-Diligent Chablis Grand Cru Valmur

First day seemed simple, lacking a bit of acid and just not terribly complex. I left a glass for day 2 in hopes it would improve, and it did significantly. Perfect acidity, still lots of good fruit in the lemon/meyer lemon family and what I would call jasmine, but certainly something floral. I would decant or hold for another year or two if you have one but this was very good for the price paid ($55).
