On Q Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Adagio

Drinking this a bit too young. 1 hour decant, cellar temperature. Ruby color. Blackberry, cassis, a touch of earthy mushroom, vanilla and hints of cedar and smoke on the nose. Smooth tannins, lively acidity, oak still integrating. No noticeable heat. Medium body. Green bell pepper, olive, black fruits, black tea and sweet tobacco on the palate, with a slight (not unpleasant) bitterness. Lingering finish. Have to think this will show better in 3-5 years.
