Our previous bottle of this was remarkably good, and this one came to the party as well. Definitely full of developed secondary characteristics, but still in balance. Lots of meaty, bloody goodness. Not jammy or showing RS in the slightest. Good stuff but drink now.

Well I'll be damned. This bottle drank like a little beauty. Rich, savoury and old skool in mouthfeel, it was a rustic number. Not cloying in the slightest and still in balance with developed characteristics floating around, it was very drinkable. Drink now or next month.
