Very nice light salmon-rosé, almost a warm beige colour. Lively small bubbles. A mouth-watering nose of red berries and fresh fruit. Pleasantly dry mouthfeel with quite well-integrated bubbles. Red and white currants, a mild undercurrant of toast, quite delicious and in my opinion excellent value for money.

Fresh, dry and acidic. I used to like this. However this bottle tasted a little dull. All toast aromas were gone.

Nice pink color, very bubbly, almost too much. Taste of red berries and strawberry. Hint of pear. Easy to drink, bit brutal.

Pyrenees Wineries' Visit (Pyrenees, Vic) : {cork, 13%} There’s a pink hue to the colour, derived from the red wine added as disgorgement. This empasises the straw-fruited nature of the wine, which has quite large vigorous bubbles in a clean, refreshing, rather lighter style. The finish is appetisingly dry.
