My last of the '16. Still quite good. Smooth. Fruity. Maybe slight color loss or maybe I could use an eye test. On to the '17s.

Pale salmon pink in appearance. Layered nose with notes of watermelon, strawberry creme and some stone fruits. Medium acidity (6/10) and light plus body. A bit tart on the palate with some citrus zest, cantaloupe, peaches and minerality. Medium length finish. Drink till 2020.

Decent. Clearly an rose that's evolving with some bottle age. Plenty of acidity, but perhaps in an aging trough.

Pale in color, thin in body, acidity thru it all. Without food it’s close to not enjoyable. Not my style of rose’ as I enjoy a more ripe style. Side note, serve as close to room temp to get the most from this thing. Not a re buy.

This a really big rose... much bigger than what I was hoping for when I opened it. That being said, it seems well made and probably has a couple of years of upside aging potential. Will open my other bottle in 2020.

Very clean, good energy and a nice spine of flavor. Food is almost a prerequisite to help it along, though on a sunny afternoon by the pool, certainly no complaints. 4+9+17+8= 88
