Domaine Bzikot Pére et Fils Auxey-Duresses Rouge

Light and fresh Burgundy, showing bright red fruits — cherry and raspberry — with a bit of earth, star anise, clove, and cherry cola. It’s definitely on the lighter side, a bit thin through the mid-palate and lacking some concentration, but it’s still really tasty and easy to drink. Simple, clean, and nicely put together — a solid everyday village Burgundy that does the job.
