Covington Cellars Malbec Alder Ridge Vineyard

pop and pour. very nice nose, soft with dark fruit, a bit of spice and some violet. typical sweet floral, perfumed nose of a good washington malbec and complimented by the hungarian oak. body had good black berry, and a touch of blueberry with some nice spice. just a bit unbalanced now with a touch of bitterness on the finish, but that will fade with some cellar time. this wine will be much better in a couple more years. 91 …
