Lively, fine tannin with hint of that mouvedre gamey-ness. Tasty.

Still yummy despite theoretically being out of its drinking window.

dark ruby with light red berry nose. Dry tart tannins on the PnP. Medium fruit with a light floral note, lightly tart cherries, nice balance of acid on the front with tannins on the finish, just a very slight bitter note. Blended 50/50 with sister Garnacha for an improvement of a couple of pts to 91 for a GM blend. Will try some Syrah for a GSM blend tomorrow.

Popped and poured. Great easy drinking wine with a flavor profile to break you out of the norm. Nose had a combination of red vines, white pepper and sheep (not a typo, the baa baa kind). There is a wild and gaminess to the wine without going over the top funky. The flavors were more subtle with a touch of oak, anise, tarragon and raspberry. Balanced acidity. Spicy notes went good with BBQ

Popped and poured. Dark red to purple color that went all the way through the rim. Initial nose was all about the green and white peppercorn notes with just a touch of dry soil. After a few hours open, the black raspberry started to emerge. The oak influence is very subtle on the back end. More raspberry on the palate, almost akin to a glass of Chambord. Light wine with not a lot going on. Pleasant enough drinker, but...

Still young, and a bit thin. Opened up and developed some nice aromas and body after an hour. A bit uneven on the finishbut overall decent quaffer that should improve with a bit more bottle time.

Popped and poured. Light purple color. Big nose of green peppercorns and red fruits. Paired with an andouille burger. Held it's own against the spiciness. Almost like an earthy zinfandel without the high alcohol issues. The palate had more peppercorn notes along with wild raspberry flavors. Very easy drinking with a balanced acidity. Would purchase again.
