012 Bouzy Rouge, Barnaut Medium ruby with garnet highlights. Aromas of bright red fruit and delicate herbs open gently, showing subtle development. On the palate it is dry with medium acidity, light tannins, 12% alcohol and a light body. Flavours of red fruit, star anise and tea-like tannins carry through to a fairly long finish.
