Drinking quite well three years on, I put in a 2018 end-date to off-set the 2014 published end-date that is clearly off. We enjoyed this Gewurztraminer with an Asian orange/soy chicken stir fry.

Dutton Goldfield's Gewurztraminer in this case is a spicy dry offering that went really well with our lemon-herb chicken. The 2015 end-date was too soon by at least a year, this is drinking very well in early 2016.

really acidic for a gewurz. tasted at winery and then drank with some figs and mozzarella. Very nice long finish. Not as sweet as what I expected and I liked that.

Tasting room- light appearance. Youthful aromas of guava and orange blossom, medium+ intensity. Lively on the palate with banana and lemon zest fruit laced in minerality. Silky, medium+ acid, and a medium finish. Very good.
