This has really come around - my 2013 note said disjointed. The wine has come together beautifully in the last five years. Rich nose of hazelnut lemon a bit of spice - and a savory note with some cream. Fairly rich on the palate with enough acidity to balance. Enjoyable

Ripe, lush and round with an oak-infused nose. This is fleshy to the point that it encroaches on the minerality of the wine. With some air this began to show mangos, nectarines and tropical fruits on the nose and palate, with some reduction. The minerality is not as concentrated as I would have hoped, particularly for the 2006 vintage; this detracts from the overall character of the wine for me.
