Pop and pour. Notes from day 3 open. On the nose: pure sour apple, a hint of lanolin, nettle. On the palate: fantastic acidity and density, sour apple, soft pepper, clean juicy finish. Fantastic.

A perfectly ripe and intense Chenin Blanc with excellent succulence and fine, crisp acidity. Lovely flavor of lime and apricot that lead to a tangy, complex finish with nice mineral thrust. My first one of these and I'm very impressed. Lovely now but has the stuffing to age.

Light gold, flecks of green. Plenty citrus, lemon mainly. Lovely austere honeyed touches behind this. Real chalky minerality. Long. Great acidity. Very good indeed, lovely drink.

For my palate, this was wonderful right now. On the nose, softly wooly honeyed notes, ripe citrus, soft mint. On the palate, fantastic acidity, lemon oil, mineral notes, soft honeyed texture. So vibrant and juicy, and just electric right now.
