Domaine Fond Moiroux Moulin-à-Vent

黑莓、甘草、丁香，淡淡的泥土和皮革气息，香气浓郁且直接。单宁和酸度都比较充沛，也保持着良好的平衡。尽管欠缺个性，但四平八稳，整体质量出色。

Too old. No fruit. Just acid almost vinegar.

Huh. Simply bizarre; with age, the fruit has mostly fallen off but it’s still maintained lift and acidity so it just tastes...fresh. A tiny hint of leather on the finish, but ultimately this wine is sort of like heavy grape water.
