Paolo Manzone Ardì Langhe Rosso

This is 60% dolcetto and 40% barbera. It spends 8 months in oak. It is fresh and fruity with a pleasant line of spice. The structure is light but it bursts with fruit and is a round and delicious wine.

A blend of Dolcetto (60%) and Barbera (40%). Aged for 6 months in old 350 liter oak casks. Translucent dark cherry color with bright ruby rim. Quite light and delicate nose with aromas of ripe dark cherry, some earth, a little dust and hints of tart red berries. Dry, medium-bodied and acid-driven palate.
