Very pretty nose, with lemons, sweet oranges, pears and melons; great acidity, minerals, decent fruit, a touch of honey, and just a vegetal hint (snap peas); tails off through the zesty midpalate and it's a short finish, but tasty for the price. Better after it opens and warms up.

Citrus, melon and mineral. Very nice. Nothing exciting, but a decent wine and a very interesting blend of 60% Greco / 40% Malvasia Bianca.

4/25: Floral nose. Has a honeyed, almost mead like thing going on. Still floral on the palate, with more honeyed character. This is a little different, and would make you think a little bit regarding pairing it. Maybe a honeyed ham? 87 2/19/10: Fun wine. Beautiful, floral nose. Medium bodied. Easy going. Bright and tasty. 87

I had this wine paired with saffron rice with chorizo and I found this was a good match.

This reminds me of a Chablis with its mineral, lemon-lime fruit and strong acidity. In addition there is a nice honey and flowers quality with some skunk and grass. This wine has a great aftertaste/finish.

60/40, Greco/Malvasia. Very pretty aroma with citrus and mineral. Add some ripe melon to the flavor. Light, crisp and bright. Interesting, compelling and enjoyable. Excellent. Inexpensive. Apparently this winery produces all of the wine from the small DOC, Gravina.
