Paid almost zero dollars for this and man is this good. Ripe, just less than baked apple nose with subtle baking spices. Slightly vegetal backdrop. Excellent saline/mineral quality that really persists. Great acid for a German 11. Long finish. Tons of texture. This is a really, really delicious bottle. Glad I got a few.
