Roy-Prevostat & Fils Chablis 1er Cru Les Lys

Paired with citrus scallops and did pair well together. Very tight upon opening and was concerned it was premoxed. After breathing for 15 minutes it did open up. On the nose a typical Chablis of mineral core flanked by some white flowers. Same on the palate. Overal was okay wine but after diving into the Montrachets and Meursaults Chablis definitely takes a back seat. Jen did thoroughly enjoy it however.
