Wappo Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark violet and red color. Stewed and ripe red and black fruit. With apparent vanilla and oak in the background. Full and mouth coating tannins, a bit more balance than the Fortunate Son, with better expression of fruit coming through on the palate rather than just structure. Well rounded and drinking well now.

Easy drinking and approachable Cab, did not think it overbearing at all .. smooth red with red fruit.. plum maybe?
