Beautiful. Great balance. Nice peach pink salmon color. Lots of small to medium smooth bubbles. Lots of dry peach and some fresh and dried apricot flavors. Delicious. Great with food or can just sip it. Really enhanced the salmon and vice versa. Great QPR. Rewarded cellaring
