Château Nicot Château Nicot

Clear, med intense ruby colour with watery rim, very light tears. Almost clean (perhaps suffering through too many house moves), med - intensity, blackberries, balckcurrants, over-ripe raspberries, strong vegetal - mushrooms, green peppers, and smoke. Light tannins, med - body, med acid, with short finish. I have tasted this before and it was better but not this time. However, did go well with chocolates so there is some hints of cocoa and spice. Below average this time though.
