Unionville Vineyards Pinot Noir Reserve

(Day 2) - color: pale ruby; nose: pronounced strawberry and raspberry, dried herbs; taste: medium-bodied mouthfeel, rustic fruit taste, medium alcohol, moderate-high acidity, medium-length finish with notes of herbs and a little black pepper; overall: very good, lovely with smoked duck breast and cold-smoked salmon, drinking well as of Autumn 2022 and likely to be even better after a couple more years of bottle aging.
