Typical Etna Rosso with medium, lean body, muted red fruits, high mineralogy and acidity. Best had with food. Very enjoyable.

The nose was rich and dark showing crushed black cherries in brown spice with hints of animal musk, crushed stone and undergrowth. On the palate, I found mature red fruits, moist earth and rusty minerality. The finish was earthy and dark, with gruff tannins.
