Weingut R & A Pfaffl Grüner Veltliner Zeisen

A gift from a very knowledgeable Austrian friend. This was a delightful young GV. Very pale yellow, Mostly light citrus nose, Citrus, light herbal fruit, crisp but everything seemed in perfect balance. medium length finish with citrus, grass, a touch of sweetness, and mineral. Wish we had some more in our cellar. Don't know the cost but surely a very good value.

Fair nose. Lovely palate. Some ripeness, but very good balance. Nice GrüV character, especially on the finish.
