Deep gold color, baked apples, hint of bread yeast, lemon curd, beautiful acidity to round it out. Impressive depth of flavor that kicks in after the sip is complete, like a second hit of pie crust and lemon zest. Really enjoyed this offering from one of our favorite Niagara wineries!
