The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like vanilla, apple blossom, almond and lychee. It tastes like honey, medium toast, cedar, pine and vanilla. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

Amsterdam Wine Festival Spring 2022; 4/22/2022-4/25/2022 (Amsterdam - The Netherlands) : Full bodied and creamy Chardonnay. Slightly one dimensional. Not my style but clean and well made

While I generally find all-Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs to be lacking of interest and character for my taste, this one had a beautiful delicacy and very fine mousse that made it a pleasure to drink. Not easily found, even in Argentina (you're much more likely to see the Salentein champagnes-blend versions), but a very good value indeed.

Awesome! Lovely complex chardonnay from Argentina with apple, pear, apricot, acacia, peach and lime. Medium acid and overall medium in body, alcohol, intenstity and finish. Very lovely, the minerality on the nose also is very enjoyable. Salentein lives up to its expectations once again.
