This sparkling wine was part of a New Years Eve sparkling wine tasting. It was setup like the College Football Playoffs with 6 teams. It went up against Mas Codina Cava Brut Nature Reserva 2022. Honestly this one was kind of a tossup. This one was a little sweeter. No strong preference for either. The Cava won by coin toss.
