Meaty nose of ripe cassis, plum and cherry - with menthol, vanilla, salt liquorice and pepper. Full bodied and chewy palate with slightly astringent feel. Dark cassis fruit, spicy vanilla oak and meaty nuances. Pretty long finish, but a bit onedimensional and tightening.
