Novoino's 4th annual portfolio tasting (Park Hyatt Hotel, Chicago IL) : nose: excellent and savory nose filled with red cherries, herbs, tar, and red floral tones taste: medium/full bodied with medium/high acidity with balanced and savory tones of red cherries, tar and red florals overall: this was a real quality barbera. Very well balanced with a great savory quality to it that was very enjoyable. The wine also had very good depth on both the nose and palate
