At home Bottle breathed for 2 hours before serving Initially quite closed. Nose of strawberries. Palette is smooth, fruity with fresh acidity. 2nd to 3rd hour into drinking the wine opened up. Notes of meat stock emerged, red fruits aromas accentuated and some mushroom notes showed up on the nose as well.
