Very pretty high-altitude Sauvignon. Restrained and elegant on the nose; more floral/herby/smoky. Silky and juicy with a decent salty, mineral finish.

Fantastic nose of gooseberry. The palate has great presence, acidity, tannin and bitter almond in the finish. This is excellent with the proper food (a light pasta with garden tomatoes lightly cooked with garlic, basil, lemon thyme, olive oil and chevre)! Excellent! 89
