Caudrina (Romano Dogliotti), Asti, La Selvatica

Let it be known that this is a sweet wine (it says so on the back of the bottle, duh). I opened it to have with some Mancheco cheese and a Taleggio variant, but it might've been more appropriate with cake, sweet biscuits, or other desserts. It startled everyone by how sweet it was.
