Manon Classic Forest Red

Gorgeous bottle - very aptly named. Red fruited (strawberries), hints of watermelon jolly rancher, forest notes (pine forest?), stones/minerality, and acidity/freshness. Best after 30 mins of air contact, when the funk dissipated and the purity of the wine came through unencumbered. Really lovely. By the bottle at 10 Williams Street in Sydney - great wine list, and superb food too! Wish I could find this in the US!
